Nature's Fireworks

note: this looks WAY better - more brilliantly colored, and contrasty before being 'blogged'. not sure what the deal is, but just an fyi...

Even after being blogged... it's gorgeous. Would love to see the original. Am still marvelling over Grace Potter... !

Hey Heather...the deal is probably a color space issue. Images posted on the web in most browsers (except safari) ignore an embedded color profile so they may look washed out and less saturated. It's best to convert to the sRGB color space in photoshop before posting to the web for that reason. Just a thought :)
Beautiful sky. Where were ya?

Heather, this is just gorgeous! Beautiful light, color and composition... superb work, as usual! looking forward to your next post! :)

btw, i've noticed the same problem with my blog posts. the images posted to the blog never look even half as good as they did prior to having been "blogged." i'll try Beth's recommendation and see how it works.

~be well...

Gorgeous color. Love the silhoette trees against the extraordinary sky.
